                                     To copy only the application        

You may copy the application by highlighting it, hitting print under File, select "selection" under the Print Window. If you want to print the whole page, do the same as stated in the previous sentence. I f this doesn't work, try the following instructions.

You may highlight the application,  go to Edit and hit copy, go to Word then Edit and hit Paste. You should see the copy of the application. After saving the document, you can print the form, or complete the form in word and print it out.  Or, you can print the whole page by following the above directions for the application only.
